Shipping
Orders are despatched within 1 to 2 business days from Noosa, Australia.
We use Australia Post for regular shipping. Please allow 4 to 6 days for delivery within metropolitan areas and 7 to 10 days outside them.
A tracking number is added to your order page and emailed to you once your order is processed.
Shipping costs
A flat rate of $10 per order Australia-wide for orders under $100.
Orders over $100 ship free within Australia.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
We hope you will always be happy with your book. We accept returns for damaged goods only, not for change of mind.
Before sending anything back, contact us for approval and advice. Returns must reach us within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, with our tax invoice.
Freight is refunded only for orders damaged before delivery. Postage for any other return is at the customer's expense.
